Order Processing
In-stock items shipped directly by Fusion Goodies are prepared for shipment as promptly as possible after an order is received. Made-to-order and print-on-demand products require additional production time before they are shipped. Estimated shipping or delivery information provided during checkout should be reviewed before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production requirements, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times because items may be fulfilled from different locations.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Fusion Goodies so we can review the situation and assist you. Please include your order number and relevant details or photographs when applicable.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped. Instructions for accessing or downloading a digital purchase will be provided after purchase. Digital products do not incur physical shipping charges.
